Embark Digital Expands Creative Lineup With Doug Wojciechowski

Digital Agency Names Wojciechowski Executive Creative Director

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI--(Marketwired - October 06, 2014) - Embark Digital announced the appointment of Doug Wojciechowski to the position of executive creative director.

"Doug brings immense strategic and creative experience, which bolsters Embark's position in the social, digital and mobile realms," said Embark Digital president Mark Russell. "Doug will help advance Embark Digital's position as an industry-leading agency with his reputation of executing and creating premier, interactive brand experiences."

Wojciechowski joins Embark Digital from his position as creative director at Team Detroit. In that role, he was a hand-selected member of the four-person Ford Vision team, dedicated to the Ford Motor Company's future digital vision across multiple devices and innovative technologies. In addition, he led the interactive user experience design team for the redesign and evolution of the global Ford.com. Before his creative director position, Doug was associate creative director working closely on the redesigning of brand websites for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury for desktop, mobile and tablet, as well as evolving the creative look and style guidelines for all Ford digital executions.

Prior to that, Wojciechowski was a senior art director at JWT, where he worked closely with Ford, executing large-scale websites for the brand, including Ford Vehicles and Ford Racing, as well as several launch sites for Mustang, Fusion, Focus, American Idol, North American International Auto Show and various online advertising campaigns. In this position, he also executed some of the first social media campaigns for the Ford brand, bringing in tremendous success measures and industry accolades.

In the midst of a successful career, Wojciechowski also serves as lead photographer for Movement, the world's largest techno festival, and for the lululemon local ambassador program. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan.

Wojciechowski is an award-winning creative leader, honored by the One Show, Clio Awards (Gold) and the Mobile Marketing Association's Best Mobile Site, among many others.
